I am getting the above message when an 'advanced author' role tries to remove
a file from a subweb. As an administrator we can do this all day but they are
unable to.
I can not find anything in the knowledge base and read the article on the
services.lck file but that does not help. The subweb does not contain this
lock file anywhere and bouncing the anonymous access in the IIS MGR or the
Web Site Admin of FP 2002 Server Ext does not help. Also did the recalc on
the subweb but still no help.
This is an IIS 5.0 on Win2k and recently upgraded to FP SE 2002.
Thanks,
Greg
