Hi WenJun,

I'm sorry but in AD I see only the IUSR & IWAM accounts
for our other DC running W2000. I cannot find the
accounts for this W2003 DC in AD users and computers.
Could something gone wrong when the accounts were
promoted?

Neither following the 332097 KB there is no NETWORK
SERVICE account when trying grant the permissions.
