Hi Patrik,

For domain controller, the IUSR and IWAM accounts are also promoted
to domain level accounts. Please run mmc and add the AD users and
computers snap-in to reset their passwords.

For the "The Template Persistent Cache initialization failed" error,
it's a known bug for a dcpromoed IIS6 machine. Please refer to the
following KB to manually grant NETWORK SERVICE account with
permission on the ASP template persistent cache directory.

332097 DCPROMO does not retain permissions on some IIS folders
