Can't load http://localhost/

I just installed the IIS 5.1 and wanted to open the http://localhost/ to test
if it works. I allways get an error-message.

The message is (I already diseabled friendly error-messages):
Server Application Error
The server has encountered an error while loading an application during the
processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail
information. Please contact the server administrator for assistance.
