Differnt domain names should map to different virtual directories

I have two domain names registered at public DNS servers, both pointing to
same IP address. I have created two different virtual directories in IIS6,
containing different contents. When external users type the domain name, it
should automatically redirected to the appropriate virtual folders.
Should I do this configuration in ISA or IIS? How?
