Hi,

we are developing an intranet application (ASP.NET, IIS 6.0, Windows
Server 2003) and when an user tries to access the application we want
to get his/her username (current NT-username) without manual input of
userdata.

By default you have to use Windows integrated security to get current
domain and username, but we have the problem that our users are
working with different domains.

How is it possible to get their current username and domain without
any login prompt? Are there IIS settings to enable this kind of
authorization?

Thanks in advance,
Marko
