You need to learn what you are doing. We can't really help you because we
can't see your code (we have no idea what the Microsoft code you are using
does, since we don't know what Microsoft code you are using, and we have no
idea what you did with the Frontpage form either).
Suggest you ask either on one of the ASP groups, or one of the Frontpage
Server extensions groups, as this is not an IIS question per se.
