doug,

I stopped the IIS, cleared the Event log (Security and Application) and
deleted the IIS log. Than restarted the IIS and tried to logon from Win2K
box by specifying the proper credentials that work from XP.
I don't see any Errors in the Security (All Success
 Audits)
