It works! Thanks for all the help, Tom -- basically, even though the system
was telling me IIS was installing properly, it wasn't. It wasn't until I
uninstalled it -- and the component was definitely in the system, given the
list of files it removed during the uninstall -- and then reinstalled that
it actually showed up. So, botched installation (the first time), I guess,
but now everything's good.
