Where did you apply the permissions at the wwwroot or the web site? If you
did it at the root, click advanced on the security screen and select
"Replace entities on child...". This will propagate the same permissions
from above to the objects below.
Once this is fixed, you may want to remove the "Group everyone", "Full
control" permission.
