Where did you get the IP that you added for sbowden.homedns.org in the DNS
Server? If you have an 192.168.x.x address, it is an internal address, and
not routable. You will need to tell your ISP to forward port 80 to your
machine, because you have only an internal IP, and not a public one. But
your ISP will probably not do that.
You need a public IP to run a public webserver.

I created a Virtual Directory under "Default Web Site" in Internet Services Manager. It points to the directory where my index.html file is located (c:\webpage). I can view the webpage by typing http://localhost/ in IE, but when I try to go to my webpage address http://sbowden.homedns.org it gives me a page that says "Test Page for the Apache Web Server on Red Hat Linux". I'm using www.dyndns.org to direct my site to my computer (b/c it has a 192.168.X.X IP address given to me by my ISP). Any ideas why it would show me that page and not my webpage I created?
