Hello,
Are you able to browse to asp pages if you set the Application protection
of the site to Low?

It sounds like there is some permissions issue on the server. Do the
following:
1) Download the tool Filemon from http://www.sysinternals.com and install
it on the server
2) Run Filemon.exe
3) Reproduce the problem while running the site in Medium or High
application protection
4) Stop Filemon capture by clicking on the Magnifying glass in the console
or clicking on File-> Capture Events
5) Save the log to a file
6) Search the above log file for Access Denied. This will tell you what
file we are getting denied access to and which user needs permissions
Once you fix this, you should be able to browse asp pages in Medium and
High isolation.
Hope this helps!!!!

Thanks,
Yogita Manghnani
