Hi,
Are you saying that:
a) OWA is working fine
-and-
b) URLScan is reporting everything being blocked (even though it isn't)?
If so, which logs are you looking in? The URLScan logs will only show the
things that URLScan is actually blocking (so you won't see anything that
URLScan is letting through. To see everything you need to look in the IIS
website logs).
