Hello,

Can you please try to rename the file to for example test.htm, and then
request the page using http://localhost/test.htm (i want to make sure that
this has nothing to do with Default Document, as default.htm is in the list
of Default Documents by default).

And i just have to ask, the file is located in the wwwRoot, and not
somewhere else? (so we are not trying to request something that is not even
there).
