System takes 100% usage on one processor

Hi there

I have been searching for about 2 weeks for the solution
to this problem. When calling up some asp pages the
System Process goes up to 100% and stays there from
anything between 20 seconds to two minutes. This results
in a VERY SLOW Webserver.

I have downloaded the Debugging tools and run ADPlus.vbs
and attached the relevant files from this.

The server is a PIII 866 Dual with 256Mb Ram only running
W2k with IIS. I have all the latest patches installed and
yet the problem still occurs.

I really would appreciate any response to this.
