And i asked what is actually happening? When more users connect, what
happens? They get an error message?
I know for sure that IIS can handle more than 10 users. Have you tried a
simple html file, and let more than 10 users connect? Maybe the problem is
with your application?
I need to know what is happening when more users connect. I cannot tell the
problem by only knowing that Performance Monitor only reports 6-10
concurrent users. Maybe there is no more than 6-10 users? Maybe the other
server behaved differently, and it looked like you had concurrent users, but
in fact, it was as low as 6-10.
Did you analyze the logfiles for the new server? What do they say? That the
number of visitors has decreased? Maybe, by one or another reason (for
example because the website was down for some time during the upgrade) the
number of visitors decreased?
I really need to know what is actually happening when more than 6-10 users
connect. It is impossible to say if there is a problem with only information
from Performance Monitor.
