Do you have any custom code/software using ISAPI Filter or ISAPI Extension.

I get an error message when trying to display a default
document.  The document is in my default documents list
http:\\myserver\
I get:
The system cannot find the file specified.
http:\\myserver\default.htm
The page displays correctly
What am I missing?
