That did not work either. I even rebooted after just to make sure.

I do not understand what Visual Studio.Net is looking at? The
aspnet_regiis.exe has been run and returns the correct Framework version.
This version is associated with IIS and all the file types are setup.

This is getting silly. A week lost. Now after this, I think the only thing
left is an entire reinstall.
