One last question.
Originally, you suspected the client's proxy server (indeed they are using a
proxy). Now you sound pretty sure that the problem is the browser. The
client claims to be running fully updated I.E. on Win2K. I can't think of
anything to recommend other than "don't use that machine." Any suggestions
on how to fix?
