Kristofer,
The filename given is the last part of the web site
address, e.g., where URL is www.domainname.foldername the
filename displayed in error is 'foldername'(which of
course does not have the aspx extension)
The only ISAPI filter shown by IIS running for the
Default web site is 'stsfltr.dll' which I suspect is one
installed by WindowsSharePointServices.
