If you install .NET Framework after IIS, there is nothing more to do. You do
not need to run any other commands.
Have you tried to copy the webapplicaiton to the root for the web folder, go
into IIS Manager, right click the website, click Properties, click on the
"Home Directory" tab and click the "create" button. Doesn't work?
