I've configured IIS to authenticate users against all
trusting domains by putting a backslash in the "Default
Domain" field in the "Authentication Methods" form per
the instructions at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?
scid=http://support.microsoft.com:80/support/kb/articles/q
168/9/08.asp&NoWebContent=1 , yet IIS is still only
validating users against the local user groups on the
server. I'd like to have IIS automatically attempt to
validate the user against DOMAIN1, DOMAIN2, DOMAIN3 etc.
so that the user dosesn't have to specify the domain and
a backslash before their username when logging on to the
website.
Any suggestions?
