Re: cant access localhost or 127.0.0.1

?im sorry but how do i go to dertermine the local hosts file (is it the
inetpub folder) and going about to finding and adjustng it so that either
command work.
if the documentation is online for the probems relating to this i dont mind
reading up on it. cuz like i said i cant even access most of the help here
because of this localhost issue. and when i use MSDN help i prettymuch
already need to know "exactly" what is wrong to find a solution.
and thank you for your replies, some progress and lots a learning is being
made.

Well localhost is determined in the hosts file. That needs to be in there:

127.0.0.1 localhost
