It depends on:
a) if you are using FPSE for all your websites
b) what security settings you configure in FPSE
If you do not use FPSE, then you use the IIS Admin tools to configure
security.
That said, in neither case should the whole drive be visible to outside
users (unless you choose to make it visible).
