1: Get an SSL certificate from Entrust, Verisign etc...
2: Setup accounts on the server for your users
3: Use NTFS security to secure the files
4: Use basic or windows authentication in IIS
5: You'll probably need more client access licenses if
you want to authenticate 50 users...
