IIS not sending SMTP

I have a asp.net site that all works fine, I thought it
might be a good idea to send out emails from the asp.net
pages.
This worked fine through IIS, but then I changed a couple
of things:
1) I have a domain name pointed to the Static IP, before
it was just a numbered site.
2) I moved the site top a different harddrive.
Now the pages won't email, the emails go to pickup, but
then go straight to the queue folder!?!! They are in the
correct format, but will not send!?!!
I know next to nothing about IIS (I have version 5.0) I am
only interested in the developement of the site, not the
networking.
I have the server running through a small network (PC's),
the server is running Win2k Pro and has no trouble with
the traffic.
Could it be the router?
Could it be the Firewall?
It seems to be getting into IIS correctly, just not
getting out, have I not set it up correctly?
