Access Record Locking Information problem with IIS 5.1

I am having a problem with an application I wrote when using IIS 5.1 that I use on my Windows Professional XP. Basically, the .asp file attempts to run but never finishes and the result is a new Access file called "Microsoft Access Record Locking Information". The script seems to run fine when uploaded to my host (which uses Windows 2003 and IIS 6.0).

The script ran fine using PWS but not IIS 5.1. Is there anything I can do to make this work?
