IIS 4 - inetinfo crashing intermittently

I am running several web services on IIS4 on NT4. In the
last week several times the server stopped with a Dr
Watson error, in the DrW log it just says inetinfo.dbg
caused an application error etc.
I have looked in weblogs and event viewers and cannot
trace the problem, should I be looking somewhere else?
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
