Help with IISDump file

We have a Windows 2000 Server SP3 with Cold Fusion 5
Server that hangs every 4-5 days forcing us to reboot.
Restarting services doesn't help.
I have a IISDebugtools IISdump log files.
What is the best way to get help analyzing it?
