Hello,
Did you reinstall, as in a fresh install? I'm quite sure that this will not
happen on a fresh install, with nothing else installed. So this makes me
wonder if you have any third-party applications that could cause something
like this, especially if it happens to other MMC snap-ins, and not only IIS.
