I was able to successfully add WMS to the same server as IIS (with two
separate IP's). I went in and configured WMS to only use the IP I
designated to WMS. However, I can't start the HTTP streaming because IIS
must be binding to it. How can I configure IIS to only bind to the single
IP I give it?
