IIS 5.0 Installed - Everything except ASP files running

I just installed IIS 5.0.
HTML files, graphics, text files, everything works fine except all ASP files result in HTTP 500 - Internal server error.

I checked the event viewer at it shows me one warning and one error for each attempt to load an ASP page:

WARNING:
The server failed to load application '/LM/W3SVC/1/Root'. The error was 'The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect. Check the username and password.

ERROR:
DCOM got error "Overlapped I/O operation is in progress. " and was unable to logon .\IWAM_BLACK-SUN-1 in order to run the server:
{3D14228D-FBE1-11D0-995D-00C04FD919C1}

Any idea what is wrong with all ASP pages? BLACK-SUN-1 is my WIN2K server.
