Hi NT Borg,

Is this machine a domain controller?

First of all, check the IIS_WPG group and make sure that "NT
AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE" is a member of that group. Then check the
permissions of the following registry keys and be certain that IIS_WPG has
at least "Read Control" permissions.

OpenKey HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\InetInfo\Parameters
OpenKey HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\W3SVC\Parameters
