SelfSSL
IF you run your own internal CA, you can also create the certs yourself.

Is it possible to create an SSL certificate for a domain for internal use? I don't want to pay for one when I only need it for internal network access, and remote users where I can add the internal CA as trusted. Any ideas how to create one, I'm using WIndows 2003 Server? Thanks Paul
