SSL for IIS6 for internal use

Is it possible to create an SSL certificate for a domain for internal use? I
don't want to pay for one when I only need it for internal network access,
and remote users where I can add the internal CA as trusted.

Any ideas how to create one, I'm using WIndows 2003 Server?
