What about hard disks? How many? What type? Do you have RAID Controller?
How much RAM? blah, blah.

Something serving webpages, and nothing else (ie not running a database)
will happily run on ~1 GHz machine if you have plenty of RAM (~1 GB). If you
only have static content, you don't even need that much RAM. Usually you run
out of network bandwidth long before you run out of resources on the
webserver.
