Site not responding

Our school's website http://www.mcms.wabash.k12.il.us is
down more than it is up. I have to stop iis and then
restart it. After this, I restart the server and the
site will be up for a period of time. It could be 1 day
or 2 weeks. What is going on Thanks, Rick
