Please post the exact error message.
My guess is that you are running the SQL Server in Integrated Windows
Authentication mode, rather than Mixed Mode (which will generate a "not
associated with a trusted connection" type error). You need to give the
account that IIS is impersonating login permissions to the SQL Server.
