Just to clarify it was a single ASP file that was being "replaced" on the
Virtual Directory whilst the ASP application is still running (not a COM or
COM+.
Could this still have caused some sort of "memory problems" resulting in
ASP0145- HTTP/1.1: New Application Failed?

(Are there any other log files I could configure/look at whilst trying to
reproduce the problem)?
