There is a known issue with IIS6 apps that connect to ACCESS databases. It
is refered to as the JETBUG. Microsoft hasn't released any QFE patches for
this. If you think this is your problem you have to contact Microsoft
Product Service and Support and open a case number. There is no charge and
they will help you.
    There isn't any known problems with SQL server or MSDE databases.
