I have this that just showed up in the event viewer and some services also
dont start up. Like oracle servicesl. Maybe taking care of this will take
care of the service problem. Cause they happened at the same time.

This is located in the Event Viewer/ Application Source Perflib, Category
None, EventID 2003
Windows 2000 Server SP4 IIS 5

The configuration information of the performance library
"C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\w3ctrs.dll" for the "W3SVC" service does not match the
trusted performance library information stored in the registry. The
functions in this library will not be treated as trusted.

How can I tackle this problem.

Thanks
Brian
