Correct, 'ipconfig' will give you the server's IP address, however, you
should make sure that this is a public IP, if it is not you will need to
determine your public IP and insure that your ISP has DNS set up to route
requests for your FQDN to your public IP. Then you should make sure that
the requests are routed appropiatly to the priviate IP of your IIS Server.
