Before installing NIS 2004, IIS.msc worked fine.
After installing NIS 2004 IIS.msc fails to run and the local webserver is
not running.
I tried just disabling NIS and NAV on the machine to see if eithor were
blocking something but this made no difference.

Great.... I wonder if McAfee tech support is as worthless as Symantec?
