and you can try MetaACL to grant related metabase access to the 'admin'
user, however this will allow the 'admin' user to manipulate via ADSI or
script mode, no GUI interface like IIS MMC.

I have a win2k iis5 webserver which is a member server in a win2k domain.
As a domain Administrator I can use the iis mmc on the webserver to create a
new web site.  I want selected other users to be able to create web sites as
well, but I don't want them to belong to the domain admin group, nor do I
want them to belong to the local Admin group.  Sofar, all attempts to
accomplish this have failed.  The Web site creation wizzard goes through all
the the steps but on the final screen it says "The web site creation wizzard
did not complete successfully." and "Access is denied".
Setting up website "operators" in the iis mmc snap-in doesn't give create
permissions.
How can I configure an account or a group other than the local Administrator
and domain Administrator to have enough permissions to create a website?
Any hints, advice, answers would be greatly appreciated.
