Can I limit the amount of CPU resource a user account can use? I would like
to protect against certain scripts (infinite loop..), if one user run it it
could only use up to the certain amount of CPU resource and won't affect the
other users on the server. How can i set the limit?

im using windows server 2003 IIS 6
