EnableReverseDNS does not appear to work

I am running IIS6 on Windows 2003 Server and have edited the IIS
metabase to add: EnableReverseDNS="TRUE", to one website. The server
variable REMOTE_HOST is still reporting IP addresses rather than
resolved host names however.

Are there other dependent services or settings which may be stopping
this working?
