It sounds like you have content that is ACLed to the administrator but not
to your admin user, hence you cannot browse it. Check the ACLs on the file
to make sure your remote authenticated identity can read/browse the file.
An administrator does NOT mean it can read/do anything. It means the
administrator can TAKE CONTROL and change the ACL of any resource, after
which the user can read/do anything.

Hie, The IIS was running ok before i disabled the administator. Now i login as another user which have the admin rights, but iis can't browse asp file. It can browse html file though. In Directory security\anonymous access \ IUSR_computername. How can i configure it back to browse asp file again??? Please help. urgent. thanks
