Thank you for your detailed letter. Actually this is not I really need.
I am trying to use my secondary location only for send emails (submitted by
web-applications like PHP).
Every user uses exchange server (situated in first location) for
communication purposes. No one will be allowed to use my IIS box (web-server)
for receiving/sending email except the web-applications.
My question is how can I configure this IIS box to forward submitted emails
to my exchange server; exchange will handle all incoming and outgoing mails.
I am new in IIS SMTP configuration and even I tried to find a solution on
forums, none worked.

The Smart Host is really nothing more than a static, catchall MX record
for all remote domains. So if your IIS box is web.example.com and you set
your Smart Host to exchange.example.com, then all mail _other than_ mail
to username@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx will be sent to exchange.example.com as the
next hop (assuming defaults are otherwise used in IIS SMTP).

Therefore, exchange.example.com has to be able to either deliver (to local
Exchange mailboxes) or relay (to other remote domains) all mail that may
legitimately be submitted to it by the web.example.com server.
