4.1.1.1). I will post the entire contents of this email file below.
Your mailserver needs to pass the PTR-EHLO-A roundtrip described in great detail in the archives of this list. In brief, you need a PTR for your public IP, your EHLO (Fully Qualified Host Name in IIS SMTP config) needs to match the PTR, and there needs to be an A record for the hostname that points back to the public IP. Any divergence from these requirements will mean that you can't guarantee outbound mail will be accepted.
