Virtual SMTP Outbound IP

With a bunch of domains hosted on Win Svr 2K3 IIS6, I'd like to set up a virtual SMTP server to handle just the mail for each
domain...let's say 20 domains means 20 SMTP VS's. The catch is that each must be able to send mail out on a specific IP (different
for each one, and none of them are the first on the NIC and will not be). The reason they must each send out on a specific IP is
for RDNS matchups, and for administrative control, such as turning off a VS for a domain without disrupting the others.
Further, for each domain, I'll be setting up POP3 with mailboxes, so obviously the various SMTP VS's need to each have the right
domain and drop mail in the right places.
Finally the website tied to each domain may generate mail (feedback form, registrations, logins, etc.) and will specifically use the
SMTP VS that corresponds to it.
How to set these up would be much appreciated, or if this is not possible just tell me.
